361 Consulting was formed in 2002 by a group of former “Big 4” partners and managers with varied technology and industry backgrounds.  Every consultant on our team has spent significant time in private industry as well as consulting—and this varied experience enables us to provide practical business advice to our clients.  We’ve all been in the consulting industry long enough to understand what it takes to make successful consulting engagements.  We believe the key components include:
